***IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 returns on certain products has been restricted unless damaged on delivery, incorrect or too many items have been delivered. At this point in time we cannot except returns on over ordered or incorrectly ordered items due to staff shortages.
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES
The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. However, more speciality items or ordered in items may take a little longer to dispatch. For more accurate delivery times please contact us.
What happens next?
Once your order has been placed we will notify you by email approximately 12 to 48 hours later with a delivery date for your order. For items that have a longer lead time than 2 - 4 working days your delivery date notification email may take longer than 12 to 48 hours. Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Build4less strongly advises not to book any tradesmen to do your work until after your material has been delivered to you, on rare occasions delays may happen that are out of our control which could result in a delay delivering material to site.
Please ensure there is a means of offloading your order on-site (unless otherwise agreed with Build4less). Always check your delivery is correct when it arrives before you unload and sign for your order.

CHECKING DELIVERY TIMES
If you wish to check the delivery time of your order on the day of delivery please email deliveries@build4less.co.uk and please provide your order number. One of our dispatch team will then give you an eta by email where possible as to when you can expect delivery. Please note this is just an eta only and is not an exact time of delivery as delays can occur from when an order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives with the customer. build4less will try to be as accurate as possible with given eta's.

Please note: Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If orders are returned to us by the carriage company we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.
MAINLAND UK
All our orders are dispatched using a local delivery service, for remote regions within the mainland UK or special delivery requests your order may be dispatched with a courier or haulage company. There may be an additional charge for this courier service but you will be notified before dispatch of this if you wish to proceed. Some areas of Scotland and Wales may not be covered in our free delivery or standard lead time terms. Delivery to Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery fees also. If delivery is required to these areas please contact us before ordering to confirm lead times and whether we can ship under standard terms.
