Knauf Universal Slab RS60
KNAUF RS60 is rock mineral wool slabs which are unfaced and available in varied range of densities from 33 to 200 kg/m3. These slabs can be applied in any sort of building whether commercial or domestic as it features excellent acoustic and thermal properties. It can be used in providing insulation in internal partitions, in rafters and floor joists and between the timber and metal studs. High performance: This non-hygroscopic, rot proof and odorless slab will not uphold vermin and also do not encourage the development of microorganisms, which ultimately increases the life and strength of the slab. The 7.00 MN.s/g.m of vapor resistance makes it more appropriate for insulation purposes. It is light-in-weight and easy to handle as well as install that can be cut to a desired size as per your requirement. Environmental Concerns: These slabs are free from CFCs, HCFCs and other materials which feature a potential of ozone depletion in their manufacturing. The ODP of this slab is zero making it more ecological.
Certifications: KNAUF RS60 Slabs are manufactured from a non-combustible and inorganic rock wool that is defined as mineral wool in BS 3533: 1981. They comply to a Quality Assurance system that has association with BS EN ISO 9001:2000. It features excellent fire performance with the rating of Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame to BS 476: Part 7 1997 and Class 'O' to the Building Regulations. It has moisture resistance rating from BS 2972: 1989: Section 12. Specifications:
