The oven comes with a convection controlled cooking chamber with multiple racks, allowing you to cook several dishes at once. The dual chambered design directs heat from the fire chamber around the cooking chamber, providing consistent and even temperature for optimal cooking.
The oven is designed to provide many years of use - it has a solid-weld construction, using 2.5mm of 304 and 441 stainless steel that is reinforced with a 5-mm corten steel panel and heavy-duty cast iron doors. This provides you with years of durable, rust-free performance.
A full 12 centimetres insulation surrounds the cooking chamber to maximise heat retention and cooking efficiency. This oven is so well insulated that the exterior is safe to the touch while at cooking temperature.
