The Marinara oven has a 80×80 cm cooking chamber which has a practical stainless steel trolley with shelf, wheels and hook to hang tools. It also has a fire tool, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top. The internal structure of the Marinara oven is stainless steel, while the external one is electro galvanized steel. The insulation of the oven is natural rock wool which allows it to maintain temperature more efficiently. This helps to avoid the external structure from becoming too hot.
