FAKRO LWT (Passive House) Energy Efficient Wooden Loft Ladder - All Sizes

The Fakro LWT Energy Efficient Folding Wooden Loft Ladder is a highly energy-efficient loft ladder that is intended for use in energy-efficient buildings. The special 8cm thick hatch is filled with polystyrene insulation to provide an excellent barrier and reduce heat loss.

This guarantees a high level of comfort and excellent thermal insulation parameters while the triple system of seals ensure the ladder achieves the highest Class 4 tightness with a total U-Value of U=0.51 W/m2K.

This loft ladder comes with a supportive handrail for safety, embossed non-slip treads that protect the user from accidental slipping while using the ladder and an additional tread that shortens the distance between the top tread and the loft floor.

Although it's extremely rare, if a Fakro product appears damaged upon delivery the customer must take photographic evidence of damages and BOL and accept delivery. After accepting the delivery the customer should report the damages directly to Build4Less within 24 hours to ressolve the issue.

Delivery will always take place on a weekday (Mon - Fri).
