The Fakro LSZ Metal Scissor Loft Ladder is not only elegant and modern but also highly practical. It comes equipped with a 3.6cm thick insulated hatch as standard, a metal frame integrated within the wooden box plus lining and quick-fit brackets and a hatch opening mechanism that guarantees safe folding and unfolding.

The unique scissor ladder construction makes height adjustment a simple process with no need for cutting. It also enables the ladder to be folded to a smaller size and used in openings as small as 50 x 70cm. The overall floor to ceiling ladder height can be increased to a maximum of 330cm by adding two LSS treads.

The embossed pattern on the tread surface provides safety and protects the user from accidental slipping while the practical ‘S’ shaped stringers can be used as sturdy handrails for extra support. The metal ladder is powder-coated in RAL 7022 Grey and the hatch is finished in white for a sleek and professional finish.
