Fast-Acting, No-Scrub Cleaner for Patios, Driveways, Decking & Outdoor Surfaces

EVERBUILD Patio Wizard is a fast-acting surface treatment formulated to eliminate green mould, algae, and biofilm from outdoor surfaces—without the need for scrubbing, rinsing, or pressure washing. Once dry, it is safe for children and pets, and leaves no residual staining or surface damage. Ideal for restoring hard surfaces including patios, block paving, fencing, and outdoor furniture.

Application Instructions

  1. Dilute: Mix 1 part Patio Wizard with up to 9 parts clean water
  2. Apply: Use a garden sprayer, watering can, paintbrush or broom
  3. Coverage: Approx. 3–6 m² per litre of diluted solution
  4. Do not rinse: Allow to dry naturally for best results
  5. Reapply if necessary: Repeat after 7 days for heavy build-up or persistent growth

  • Visible results in 24–48 hours: Green algae and mould begin to disappear within 1–3 days
  • No pressure washing required: Surfaces improve naturally with exposure to air and weather
