This part also comes available with multiple inlet/outlet valves or connections that are factory pressure tested and assembled to the base casting; plus, style meter lids come with a 2” hole for touch/radio reading. An inline dual check valve on the inside of the meter box offers reliable internal protection for the water meter system.

CR Box

The “CR” Box is a reliable water meter box ideal for the unpredictable grade changes and services line specifications of today. Constructed with cast iron, the lid comes with a 2” hole perfect for touch/radio reading and can support meter sizes of up to 1”. Connections types range from female pipe threads to CTS compression, making it easy to customize for any circuit combination.
