Profloor packers are used for fine adjustment. Packers do not need to be glued. Having placed packers in each base, place battens between the base upstands and ensure the battens are stable and level. Profloor Packers in 2mm, 3mm and 5mm thickness are inserted in the cradles to adjust the final level of the floor. Injection moulded packing pieces in 2mm, 3mm and 5mm are suitable for use with the Profloor Levelling System.

SPECIAL ORDER DELIVERY CHARGES

Build4Less go to great lengths to ensure each customer receives the lowest possible delivery charges for their purchase. We would like to give it to you free, and sometimes we can! However sometimes unfortunately we must charge for special order items to meet the additional charges imposed on us from various manufacturers.

***IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 returns on certain products has been restricted unless damaged on delivery, incorrect or too many items have been delivered. At this point in time we cannot except returns on over ordered or incorrectly ordered items due to staff shortages.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. However, more speciality items or ordered in items may take a little longer to dispatch. For more accurate delivery times please contact us.

What happens next?

Once your order has been placed we will notify you by email approximately 12 to 48 hours later with a delivery date for your order. For items that have a longer lead time than 2 - 4 working days your delivery date notification email may take longer than 12 to 48 hours. Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Build4less strongly advises not to book any tradesmen to do your work until after your material has been delivered to you, on rare occasions delays may happen that are out of our control which could result in a delay delivering material to site.

Please ensure there is a means of offloading your order on-site (unless otherwise agreed with Build4less). Always check your delivery is correct when it arrives before you unload and sign for your order.

CHECKING DELIVERY TIMES

If you wish to check the delivery time of your order on the day of delivery please email deliveries@build4less.co.uk and please provide your order number. One of our dispatch team will then give you an eta by email where possible as to when you can expect delivery. Please note this is just an eta only and is not an exact time of delivery as delays can occur from when an order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives with the customer. build4less will try to be as accurate as possible with given eta's.

NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

If you are ordering to Northern Ireland please get in touch with us before placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply after you have placed your order depending on your location and the products you have ordered.

OFF SHORE DELIVERIES

Offshore deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge. This will be calculated after your order is placed online or if you call for a quote we will include this additional delivery charge on our quote. Additional delivery charges are calculated on an as requested basis and price dependent on location and time of year.

MAINLAND UK

All our orders are dispatched using a local delivery service, for remote regions within mainland UK or special delivery requests your order may be dispatched with a courier or haulage company. There may be an additional charge for this courier service but you will be notified before dispatch of this if you wish to proceed. Some areas of Scotland, Wales and Offshore may not be covered in our free delivery or standard lead time terms. Delivery to Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery fees also. If delivery is required to these areas please contact us before ordering to confirm lead times and whether we can ship under standard terms.
