Klober's 10K Slate Vent is a low profile design to blend with the roof line. The Slate Grey cap blends with most man-made or natural slates. The 10K Slate Vent has been specially designed to avoid any build up of debris inside the vent. In addition to roof space ventilation at high or low level, with an adaptor pack, the UV resistant polypropylene 10K Slate Vent can also be used for soil ventilation or mechanical extraction.

Installation
The Slate Vent is positioned as standard and a hole is cut in the roofing underlay directly below the vent cap position. The two lower slates are trimmed to allow the pipe to pass through between them and centre nailed in position. The Slate Vent is positioned through the hole in the slates and centre nailed. NB. if using 500mm x 250mm slates cut away the side sections of the Slate Vent shown by guidelines on the underside. For headlaps in excess of 100mm cut off the front section shown on the underside. Slating is continued as normal.

Orders are only processed for delivery between 8.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Build4less strongly advises not to book any tradesmen to do your work until after your material has been delivered to you, on rare occasions delays may happen that are out of our control which could result in a delay delivering material to site.
Please ensure there is a means of offloading your order on-site (unless otherwise agreed with Build4less). Always check your delivery is correct when it arrives before you unload and sign for your order.
