The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. However, more speciality items or ordered in items may take a little longer to dispatch and may take up to 7-10 working days.

For items that have a longer lead time than 3 - 5 working days your delivery date confirmation email may take longer than 24 hours.
